The first thing you will do is lockdown your property, €6,000 - €10,000 reservation fee.

Signing Of Contract

Normally within 30 days of reservation you will sign a contract and leave a further 20-30%.

Final Payment

The remainder is due on completion and when the property is transferred into your name.
